Got on my buddy 22 ft whaler for Hali out of Berkeley.  Got live bait and had 5 guys on the boat.  We got 6 hali and one was short.  Started the day with 5 or 6 batrays and a couple of sand sharks.

All the hali were 22" to 25".  No pics because my battery was dead.

Next week is the last weekend of deer in x-12.  My buddy got one opening weekend.  I scouted the spot and he came up Fri. night before openers and had the deer down by 7:40am Sat.  A little fork. I helped drag it out. Oh, well we will get the bigger ones.  3 guys motel camping this weekend.

Then,  I will have my kayak on my truck the weekend after.  It will be good to ride it for rockcod or on the lakes.

Good to hear from you again Ken. It's been awhile. Nice job on the flatties... I guess it's a late late season for those buts. I still want to get Melissa on one... maybe there's still time. Duck season is right around the corner too... So, little time... so many things to kill...

Hi Freddie,

The guy with the boat lives near the Don Edwards refuge.  So, after dinner at his house I went to check out that spot for ducks.  You will have to tell me where you guys park.

Also, sent in $330 dollars worth of Refuge apps.  So, hopefully I will be giving you a call real soon.

Tote,
We were from Candlestick Pt. to Angel Island to Berkeley Flats to Alameda Rockwall and Treasure Island.  Found most of the fish at Tresuare Island.  We would have gone HMB rockcod...but the seas were up.
