Went out after work (8am) and gave paradise another try. First thing, I forgot my battery for the finder  :smt013 First time I had to fish blind. It sucks!!! Good thing is I'd been there lately, so I had an idea where to try anyways. Tried to make bait and that was a task. I ended up with two medium shiners. Lost a couple before I could swing em over my lap :smt012 So before I wasted the best time of the tide I decided to just go with the pair. One other PB was out there and I saw him hook up, then about two minutes later, I get the rap rap...zing...!!! Brought a nice table fish to the boat. 25"er.  Then as the high tide arrived so did the other boats. About 7-8 boats showed. I saw one kayaker off in the distance, and the silloette looked mighty familiar... Hmmm looks like Guitarzan. I jump on the radio and tried to hail him a few times, with no response, so I figure, guess it's not him. After an hour or so we cross paths and low and belhold, it's him. We fished around each other for another half hour and then the winds start howeling. I really thought it wasn't going to happen this time with the forcast, but it did. So we plowed our way back in and chatted for a bit in the parking lot after before heading home. Gave him a little homework for tonight. Showed him how to tie a two hook rig. Good talking with ya Ben, and good luck tomorrow.

good going jonesz. sound like we had quite a NCKA contingent on the bay today. Fish a rod is better than most PB did today. i nailed 2 of my 3 close to the Huck Finn. The people were both impressed and pissed at the same time. Funny, either they dont know you can hear every word or they just dont care :smt044
I pretty much had them in hysterics trying to net the fish, and when i did, it was like being in an arena....."wooooah!"
