has anyone ever tossed a line into the cement boat and is it legal to fish the area... I know being near an object that does not move compared to me in a yak can be problem matic but sometimes it is like glass out their and the sirens are calling... Thanks

That joint is just packed with furbags.  Even if you were to hook into something, you'd get jacked for sure.
