Roleez vs. Wheeleez??

I guess I missed something or am really out of the loop on this one.
What's the difference between Roleez and Wheeleez?
Did Wheeleez take over or did Roleez change their name?
What gives??

I do know that Roleeze came before Wheeleez and had thought the change was a merge type deal but I just can't remember for the life of me.  With that, I thought that Roleeze had vanished but a quick google search turns up LOTS of Roleeze product and I found that very surprising.
