IMO, Blame falls more on management. If you're gonna have a creek running through your restaurant dining room, you have to take responsibility and some serious precautions against polluting the creek, especially if it has endangered species in it. Just pathetic. 

  Look who owns it now.  Think he gave a *&^% about the creek before this spill happened?  Doubtfull...

This is the second incident with the new owner. Few months back he was cited for having massive garbage piles in the parking lot.

He is spending something around 5 million to renovate. Definately needs it.. It is a beautiful lodge, and the Brook room is incredible. If you're ever in the area, try their weekend brunch in the Brook room.
