Where in the bay area can I find a good assortment of larger (7"+) plastic grubs, scampis, fishbodies, etc, along with 4-8-oz lead heads to go with them.

Lots of places seem to have stuff 5" and smaller stuff.

Lots of big stuff online but, I like to touch before I buy and gas is a killer so knowing where to go would be a plus.

Thanks

dale

Outdoor Pro shop has a good assortment of large plastics, but the lead heads with quality hooks are a commodity.  I've been pouring my own.

Delladl:

Outdoor Proshops in Rohnert Park has a good assortment.  I recently went to their Oakland store.  They do have some, but I think their Rohnert Park store has a better selection.

I can make giant tube baits and regular swimbaits.  I'm currently working on a large octopus lure.    I found a sculptor who will make me an octopus. and I have the latex and equipment from there to make a mold.  I'm just not artistic at all.  If you are or know someone who is I'd be glad to make you something.  When I get the octopus I could send you a couple.  Bye for now Andres
