Saltwater is the cure for everything that ails us,
sweat, tear or the sea.

Isn't that where Randy Fry met his demise? I want to say that is where he got attacked if my memory serves?

Please correct me if I am wrong.

The article I found listed the location as 10 miles north of Ft Bragg.  So, 40 miles north of Elk?

Dear Pat:

Not to worry, your more likely to die on Hwy.128 on the way to the Mendo Coast, that being hit by a Gw. I live in Albion for 8 years and only
hear once of a Uni Diver seeing a GW off of Albion. The  tender pulled in the diver
by his air hose!

Got back yesterday from three days at Albion.  Camped up river at Schooners. Good Salmon bite off Navarro and then moved up to right outside Albion out about 2 miles....200 to 300ft. of water.  I was in a PB, but if I didn't have the kids, would have tried paddling out.  Rough water one day, beautiful on Fri and Sat.  WIDE open bite on Sat.  Water vis was great the second day...easy pickins on abs.  Also, my two cents on Mr. White....at least were I free dive....lots of kelp and inside some of those big rocks, not sure thats White type hunting area...too confined....am I just whistling in the kelp?

What was Mr Salmon attracted to up there?  Down here it seems to be watermelon apex or dead sardines in some form.
