We will be camping and kayak fishing that weekend. Two families 5 kayaks. I have not fished there before. Any advice?

I've been fishing that lake for years I will post more tonite. Are you targeting anything or just out to catch whatever? What campsite do you have?
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

I need to make my reservations. I will have two teenage boys and another dad that are not experienced fishermen. We will target whatever is biting. I hope to maybe catch trout/crappie by day and catfish at night.

You better make them now it fills up on the weekends the waterfront sites are reserved a year ahead we make our reservations for the next year when we camp there. They do have an open camping area which always has room but no tables or firepits.
