Hello all.

My 4-year old daugher took me to Lake Natoma this morning to go fishing.  The new lauch ramp is great and there's parking down below (if you get there early  :smt002 ).  Fished the south bank from the launch ramp up to the bicycle bridge and back throwing spinnerbaits, crankbaits going up and a hula grub coming down.  Nada, nuttin, zippo.  But the weather was great and the scenery was SPECTACULAR.  When did swimsuits get so small :smt055

Happy Father's Day to all.

Sounds like you did as well as I've ever done out there on Natomas. I've yet to catch anything there. But, in the summer... it's all good with all the cuties around. Especially on Thursday evenings...

Hangin' with your girl and checkin' out the girls - sounds like a good trip!  Thanks for the report, Rob.

Sounds like a nice time. Great place to paddle. How was the water temp and vis around the ramp area?
Might be doing a dive there next weekend.

Thanks for the report, Al

Alfredo,

Could easily see to 8'.  Very clear.  There was a group snorkeling who said they were practicing for ab diving?  Water not warm!  These guys were in full wetsuits and I don't go in above my knees.  Thursday nights, huh?  Might have to have a daddy-daughter night out to give mom a break.  The best part of my daughter is all the coeds paddle close to say hi.  Bad, very bad...........

This post would be SO much better with pics...  :smt002  I know...you don't want to come off looking like a perv, taking pictures of all those hot coeds in teeny bikinis.  :smt007  But for the sake of your NCKA brothers, next time try to fight that thought!  :smt044
