I was at the ECC and Elk beach yesterday.  A few bits of info...

The gophers have gone crazy on the "lawn".  It could be any lumpier.  Bring a thick air mattress if you have one.  I anyone has a plastique squirrel or two bring them too.

The weather has been cool and foggy.  Warm clothes, a compass and/or GPS recommended.  A whistle and a radio also a good idea.

Saw some REAL nice ab limits come out yesterday.  Viz is currently excellent about 15 feet.

Salmon in the region has been WFO for the last week...oh baby.
