I almost bought the Alpine Lake Lodge a couple of years back including the boat consession and dock but cound not make it work out  :smt012 .  That would have been a cool NCKA clubhouse.

Nice fish by the way.  I hope to get into a little trout alternative to the usual rockfish myself soon.
