I just found out that Karen's father just recently passed away...and to make matters worse, her Mom is now dealing with cancer. If any of you would like to send her a card send me a PM and I will give you her address. I know many of you have had a positive experience with Karen when it came to ordering stuff. I hope you can send her some good 'ol Nor Cal vibe in this time of need.

As of now, Mark and Karen's daughter is running the family business.

That is sad news indeed,I will keep them in my thoughts. Karen is the bomb,she has helped me many a times. Brooke and I went to their house/garage and wandered the shelves till we found all kinds of cool stuff before the last Islander trip. Mark made us up a couple of bait tanks that work awesome.
I wish karen's mom the best with her battle with cancer and the whole family the strength to cope with the situation.   

More businesses need to run like Hook1! A class act. My best wishes go out the the owners and fam in this tough time. Head up and fight the good fight!

She was great to deal with when I bought my seat and I didnt even tell her I fish with 'Da Mooch.
