Wanted fishing Yak for Pro DSLR

Hi, I am new to the board and new to kayak fishing. I have a Nikon D2H DSLR that is one of the fastest cameras made and used extentsively by sports photographers. It will shoot at 8 frames per second for a burst of 40 frames. Please see http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/nikond2h/ for all the details.
I am looking for a quality fishing kayak with a minimum value of at least $700. If the value is more or you have accesories I can add a lens or cash. This would be my first kayak and I'm planning a trip in late April.
