Howdy folks! Sorry for the late report, better late than never. Fished Tahoe late last Friday afternoon, near Zephyr Cove. My friend just got off work and was going to meet me on the water. The Lake was sunny and glassy. I was slow trolling Seps micro flashers and a live minnow. 20 minutes on the water I get hit. 5-10 good runs and huge jump right at the boat. 21 inch 3 pound 11oz Brownie! Jt had shown up while I was playing the fish and took a couple on the water photos for me. Started retrolling the same area and hang bottom. Get my gear back and start all over. About where I got hit the first time, BAM #2 hits! This one didn't reely want to get netted, for some reason. On about the 4-5'th try it does a tail-walk right past me and back almost in my lap. Also 21 inches and 3pounds 6 oz's was the firsts twin sister. Further north 2 guys and a girl were playing a guitar,a mandalin and singing. Pretty cool to be on a sunny, glassy Tahoe with 2 Browns behind the boat and listening to Tom Petty cover sung reel well. Man what a nice day. Good luck,Eric :smt001

Red-

Really nice looking browns. If the weather holds out, I'm thinking about driving up in a couple of weeks to give it a try for some big mac action.

Z-

Twins like those only come out during the summer months up there... I can't wait.

Thanks guys! I ate the first one all this week for lunch. Didn't see any of those Tahoe Twins Zeelander :smt005 I've been down in the Bay Area for this past week and have'nt wet a line. If anyone is getting out to play let me know. I did'nt bring my boat though(trying to stay focussed on the task at hand) so, I'll have to rent or borrow a yak. Thanks again and Good luck, Eric :smt001
