limited on DFG standard issue planters in 3 hours @ scr aka xj-14 on trolled crawlers.

okay Abking, I _should_ have taken pics of the two ospreys nailing the planters. Cause that WAS cool. There were two of them and they didn't stop at one fish each.

I did have my camera in my pocket, and when landing and loading up I realized I could show spider how my t160 is rigged, including carved miniCell  seat.

So here you go.

Wow, I really like that color scheme, and that is one cool seat, comfortable?

Being an honorable sportsman is way more important than what you catch.

yeah, that boat is a nice looking one for sure. the seat is quite comfy.

I would probably be comfortable enough to take pics if I didn't keep trying new boats, equipment etc.

I did try a couple new things.  1 fish came on worm behind a small dodger. that has caught fish before. The other rod I had out had a weighted ball bearing snap swivel (two big split shot attached to the snap part) which acts like a trolling keel weight basically. Then behind it I had a 4' leader with a tiny little spin 'n' glo ahead of a bead, and then a single bait holder for a crawler fragment. when you stop, the keel sinks to the bottom, but I think the spin'n'glo floats the crawler fragment off the bottom.  The last 4 fish hit this rig. the hook had the barb crimped because I wasn't sure if my younger son was going to go with me.

I also used that metered braid that mickfish posted about. on spinning reels. 3 colors is 90'.

didn't lose any gear, get any tangles, etc.  which means that choice of gear was good.
