I pulled pots that had soaked for two days and had 7 Dungeness and 2 Rock Crab  :smt007 Six of the Dungeness were females. All were over legal size limit. I kept the male Dungeness and the Rock Crabs. I tossed the female Dungeness. After reading through the reg book again I couldn't find anything that said you could not keep female Dungeness. It would have been nice to have kept one or two of the largest. Anyone have any feedback from fish and game that says females can't be kept.  :smt004

Female dungies can be kept by sport fishermen and not by commercial guys.  I sometimes keep a few females, but release most.

Thanks for the feedback that was my take on the regs. I have the same frame of mind I'd like to keep one or two if they are good sized and no males around.
