Thanks for the heads up Sean. C&R is nothing new to most of us anyways... We can always bring other stuff for Chucke and Bill to deep fry anyways. I guess you'll let us know how it's going to work for the CSBA tourney. I'm guessing that there will be a lot of anglers fishing this year... I'm all for C&R if they'll go for it.

At the risk of being a lightning rod for dissenters to my view, I'm hoping to taste the first quality fish that gets the skunk off my kayak, whether it be striped bass, trout, (non-Clear Lake) bass, etc. Hopefully, I'll accomplish this before CSBA. After viewing hundreds of Mendo stripers reeled in by the fine fishermen (fisherwomen) of NCKA, I hope you'll indulge me in my personal quest. If this labels me as a meat fisherman, then so be it.

That's the way I understood it, Sean. And as I said previously, hopefully I'll get the skunk sooner than later.

C&R sounds good,

I did not think the Fresh water striper tasted that good anyway...

Must have been the Cook :cook I find it to be very tasty  :smt023  unless you kept one of those snakey ones last year I heard they weren't to good  :tongue2:.
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

Yup... the spring caught stripers were much fatter and tastier than the fall stripers.
