Since I bought my new WS T140 last night I had to take it out today, decided to hit  one of my favorite back sloughs around Mildred Island. Got there around 2pm to white caps and diiiirty water. I'd say less than 3" of clarity, bad sign. Started off with finesse worms and switched over to a jig and worked that for a while, had a fish pick it up once, but I missed the hook set. Put the pol down around 3:00 and decided to go do some paddling and try out the new yak. Very nice! Pics below.

Oh and on a funny note I found a milk crate floating in the tules, had to throw it in the back of the yak!

I've enjoyed my T140 for a few years now. It has enough sprint ability to get out through surf, and very good hull rigidity for handling. My yak also showed how tough the WS tarpons are when it took off from my truck roof & did a nice little bounce n' slide on hwy 101 doing over 60mph, with only minor road rash to show for it.
Not only did you get a good boat, but you provided a home to a poor lost milk crate.

Nice looking boat.  Look forward to the pimping pictures.

BTW, I recognize those shoes.  Got me a pair a couple years ago at Costco.  I love em for yakking.

Very nice yak.  We'll have to get together and chase down those bass soon.  Put some bass stink on it to cover up the new yak smell.
