Plan to launch from Brown's Ravine around 8am. Troll up the south fork for kings and trout.

Company welcome. Ch 69.

I'll be out there but not till about 11-1130. I have to handle some work stuff. I'm launching from Granite Bay.

Looking forward to how you do. I got to work but, was hoping to get out there maybe Wed after work sometime. I'm only 5 min away from Brown's. Good luck to you. I've heard about some bass biting up in the south fork. The salmon bite has been slow.

Where is Brown's?

Brown's Ravine is off Green Valley road. Here's a map:

Freddie...I have some bass gear loaded too.  I'd be happy catching anything.

Naoaki-

You can get minnows pretty close by at Wild Sports on Greenback. It seems that they don't have the jumbos alot but you don't need the jumbos at Folsom. Jointed raps catch trout, senkos, bass trix and cranks work for bass... I haven't figured out the lake yet but I've only caught one fish on a minnow.
