Time to minnow fish the Del and see what happens. Last time Joel and I killed (striper's) them but understand the water is way up and very murky so will be drifting minnows with about a 0730 hrs hookup at the launch. Any capable yakers welcome will be getting bait in the AM at Sportmen's Bait in Castro Valley.

This won't have reached you in time, but some PBers on the fishsniffer sight have reported what they believe to be stripers in Heron Bay between 50-70 ft.  They've said the marks on the FF look large.

Mooch, I'm guessing that you got some sort of clearance to use minnows at Del Valle.  Last time we met up in early January, you had told me that the guy at the marina said minnows were a no-no.  Glad to hear that it's still ok to use them.

Hope you knock 'em dead!

Michael
