Oh.... my... :smt119

That's gotta be a lake record for the heaviest 3 fish stringer.  Raymac you are "THE MAN" when it comes to trolling for trout at Quarry Lakes.

Youza!  I call 'em BALCO trout for a reason. :smt044  That monster put mine to shame.  What size Firetiger Rapala?  J-7 or J-9?  You also troll some other gigantic fish imitation lure no?

Job well done!

Michael
I Used 4.5in Trophy Sticks. The 3 sets of trebles are killers to the fish and the net. During the months of December and January when there was no over cast. i hooked 20+ fish at the Quarry. I started useing the Rapala J7s jointed minnows (Fire Tiger)on dark days when there was over cast and ripple on the water. Just last Tuesday I stepped up to J9 in same lure and color just as a trial and had good results. I put in a lot of time on the water. When every one else  gives up and goes home i'm still out there trolling. I have a lifes savings invested in lures so i have to use them. Maybe i am lucky.Right place, right lure right time.
Thanks every one for your comments I'm thinking of getting a larger size Ball Cap

That was it, Trophy Sticks.  Gonna get me a couple of those to try out.  A lot of good information and advice, thanks for being so kind and open with it.  I've never fished Quarry but I plan on applying the tactics at other lakes.

Know what you mean about a lifesaving invested in lures.  I probably have more than I need. :smt005

Ray; you kindly put us relatively younger folks to shame.  Me at least.  It's not about age, but experience that counts.  Thank you for the private email about your electric driftboat setup.  I venture to say that some folks on this forum might already use and be interested in driftboats.  I know it's a kayak fishing forum but let's just call your driftboat a very big honorary kayak.  It's all about finding the best boat that we are most happy in.  Anyway; I'm just saying Thanks.   -Matt My boat is like a john boat except it has a rounded bow.Klamath calls it a double jack four stroke edition 70in wide 16ft long.very stable
