I launched at around 7:30 and paddled towards Duxbury in near perfect contitions.  Trolled a watermelon Apex until I was even with Rocky Point and out several miles but got no hits.  Things sounded slow on the radio and I found a few birds working the surface, so I switched to mooching and got pushed back towards Muir but still no hits.  At 11:30 the bite turned on around the Dux buoy about the time a mild wind started to blow.  Didn't have it in me to paddle that far.  Sounded like the action wasn't red hot but worth a try.  I would recommend a Bolinas launch for any who want a shot.
