OK guys here is something that you should know
When you are paddling near the Dumbarton Bridge
Train trestle be careful of falling objects in the photos you can
See what I am talking about.

Look at the crossing signal that is hanging
From the trestle, I paddle under this without
Knowing what was over me, this very heavy
Chunk of metal could have fallen on me it will kill you if you were there
At the wrong time so watch out and remember this warning

I tried finding an e-mail address for the CA PUC, but I gave up after a few minutes on their website-maybe someone else could find it - either it or the Fed's should be interested in your post.  But RR's have a long history of doing just about what they please.

Duane maybe you should build a Deflection Shield :smt003
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

Did you see this page?

http://www.cpuc.ca.gov/PUC/forms/Complaints/

I would think the public safety link would be the one to use.

so I sent them a letter I guess we will see what happens. :smt012

The fact is this stuff mite never fall but it sure sucked looking
up and seeing this crap hanging over your head if it did fall on you
it is enough weight to take you strait too the bottom :smt010
I can just imagine this stuff pinning you to the bottom I don't
think you will push it off of you.  :smt009
