...for creating a top notch NCKA Photo Gallery DVD (for computer use only).

I finally got to view it and Howard did a phenom job putting it together (well documented with names, dates and locations) - tons of fun pics!!!!

This collection is something we can all look back to and pass on to the future generation of Nor Cal Kayak Anglers  :smt002

Again, thanks to Howard for putting the time and effort  :smt023

Thanks for the words of appreciation. I'm a big supporter of NCKA. All nice people with lots of fishing and kayaking tips to share. As a former (Army) photographer, I was amazed at the quality of the pictures being posted and decided to take the time to collect as many of the pictures as I could find. I think the salmon section is not complete because I accidentally deleted my collection before using them; my second effort to collect them was not as comprehensive because I dreated going back through 4 years of posted messages. So, anyone with any pictures that aren't featured, send 'em on with names and places and year.

Hi Michael. No, you haven't missed anything. I haven't gotten around to posting the availability. Instead, I've been passing them out to any NCKAers that I encounter or sending copies to ones most frequently appearing in the album, like pro cameraman Adam (FisHunter). Don (Danglin) is the only person I hadn't gotten around to contacting. The most recent version is as of December 27...probably won't do another update until RF season resumes.

If you want a copy, I'm willing to mail you a copy. I'd appreciate one (1) dollar to cover the cost of the DVD and postage. Let me know in a PM. If you know anyone who already has a copy, feel free to make all the copies you want.

Howard

BTW, I plan to be at the San Mateo fishing show on Jan 11, Friday and will have some copies with me. If you see an Asian fellow with a black Royal Polaris jacket, it's prob me.

BTW No. 2: For Mac owners, bookmarks that appear when played on the PC will not appear on Macs...go figure!! The software is far from perfect, but it still does a very good job of creating an album.

I'd also like to encourage everyone to take photos of your catches while your on the water - sitting on your kayak - with fish at hand (if you can or if it's possible) AND go ahead and post 'em on the fishing pics site. Include your name, date and location of catch (you don't have to be specific with the location but at least give the general area)

It's would be easier to keep the photo gallery updated if everyone takes the time to posts their pics :smt002

Thanks!

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.
