Santa Cruz/ Cowell's

Park at meters which don't get enforced until 1000.  Early on early off.  Launch at first light.  Back by 1000.

Plan is to paddle north of Natural Bridges, potholing, and hitting the reef outside of Mitchell Cove.

Newbs welcome.  Will monitor Ch 69.
