Rainbow Steel 12-27-07

Kickinbass and I took a short walk to the Upper Russian today. He was real sick and dizzy. The flow was real slow, but the clarity of the water was alright. Andy had enough after about an hour. I tied up a gold Blue Fox and on the second case.........fish on!

He was a little on the small size, but what a way to close out the year....a steelhead!

Nice one, Dan.  Me and cousin Jake gave it a shot down on the South Fork Eel today, but no takers.  39 degrees in rain!   

Sweeeeeeeeeeeet looking fish... I'm still looking for my first steelie. At this point, I'd take anything...
