well close to china camp anyway. No love.

paddled to my "new" spot about 1/2 mile off rat rock, and sat. one tap tap tap (probably a sharkie).  except for a bullhead that was it.
water was COLD.

AIR was cold too!  I saw you driving by on your way out while I was walking the dog.  Serious frost on the roofs (rooves??).  What kind of gloves do you wear in those conditions (please tell me you are wearing gloves!)?

LOL- was 29 at my house according to the car thermo.

i brought my Gore windproof fleece gloves.  but you know what? i only needed them for about half hour, before the sun came out and warmed me up.

talked to the warden the other day and he told me they were catching nice ones off bullhead flat pt at night, and supposedly they are a ton up NW of pumphouse...

was out again yeseterday with Wizard- three different spots, no love.
