Speaking of recipe secrets, I couldn't find your recipe for deep fried fish in the recipe section.  Is it there?  There are all kinds of comments on how good it is, I wanted to give it a shot for my striper filets.  Could you post it, or the link for the post if it already exists?  I would appreciate it.
