Ling cod cooked in a pepper turmeric curry.  My Naan was MIA and my house and everything in it smells like Indian food.

I often make a Thai Yellow lingcod curry that does not smell up the house. But one time I made an East African Curry dish from the NYT and it took awhile to lose the smell.
