But my lings were inhabited. Hahaha.  Ceviche anyone?

I was surprised that both my 2 lings and halibut from HMB were clean as far as I could tell. Holding fillets up to the light can help reveal things not seen at first glance.

Freeze it for a week, then ceviche the day away!
