Just got one of these in the mail, gift for my nephew. Good action make a great rod for Mendo Stripers and an OK rod for steelies. I bought the 8.5 8-14lb. Buy a pair of socks (bridgedale) or something for $5 and you get free shipping for the next 10 days. Their return policy can't be beat. If I didn't have so many rods I'd keep it.
