Looking for any Mirage drive fins out there! Turbo or standard, let me know if anyone has anything that would work. I can pick up where ever, but I'm located in the East Bay. Thx!

I have spares both standard and turbo.  Let me check this weekend and get back to you.

I’ve also got some standard fins you are welcome to. I do not have any spare posts/masts just in case you are needing those as well. Pick up in Concord
Just PM me if you want them and we can figure out when.
With gratitude and humility

I have standard fins and several extra masts. The masts are DIY and designed for turbo fins, although they could easily be cut down to size. Fins for free, but I’d charge, say, $10 for a pair of masts (basically, just the cost of the stainless).

But, I have to ask, have you ever used standard fins? It’s like pushing on air, and slow going…

Thanks for the help, I would need the masts as well. Yeah I guess I haven't ever had standard fins before, I'd definitely love to get turbo but willing to settle for anything. I'll see if Sailfish has turbos first this weekend.
Basically I picked up an Oasis tandem to take friends out, but it only came with a single Mirage drive missing fins, so looking to get any fins available to fix that drive. In the meantime I can use my other MD180 drive as the second drive, but would be cool to get another drive if anyone's also selling one in any condition.

Hi Thomas,
I spent some time yesterday looking for the spare fins but can't find neither the standard nor the turbo.  I bought them way back for spares and I know they're somewhere in a box amongst 100+ boxes in my garage.  I have a complete set of spare Mirrage drive with standard fins if you're interested.

I have extra ST V2 and 2 sets of standard fins for both V1 and V2 in Shasta Lake outside redding. I've been trying to find a use for them, but have upgraded to turbos all around. Masts + fins in blue ST. If you're ever up this way DM me and I can leave them outside my house (secure) to p/u if you want. I'll part with them for free. I bought several sets of hobie idler cables and other spare parts I'll sell at cost if you also need. Hoarded parts when I heard Hobie was being put up for sale a year ago.

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

Hate to threadjack, but it is related...  Are all the standard fins grey, and turbo fins blue?

I don't think that color is a reliable indicator, as I seem to recall having seen turbo fins in red, blue, and gray.

Standard fins are all-black, very small, and have a different (rounded) shape. The ST fins look like scaled-down versions of the (rectangular-ish) turbo fins.

Gotcha thanks for this.

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1138505285141042/ fins $30

Those are the ST fins, not turbo fins, and they generate only marginally more power than the standard fins. IMHO, the turbo fins are a must-have item...
