Went out to HMB on my Hobie Adventure Island full sail mode. Not much wind most of the day but I got to sail here and there. I was able to catch a butt after many hours on the live jacksmelt. Then I switched to frozen sex herring in hopes of catching a cabby for the AOTY. By my surprise, I caught a greenling with a sex herring. A small one too. The greenling was hungry  :smt044 :smt044. Then I hooked into a good size chrome while bottom bouncing. It was a good fight but it was challenge to unhook treble hook while the fish was still in the water.

Nice video!

What sort of battery setup do you have for the trolling motor, and where do you store the battery?

Thanks guys

I'm using a 100ah LiFePo4 battery that is in the typical battery box strapped to the rear cross bar behind the seat.

That’s the way to go for me. I have a 100ah LifePo4 from Power Queen. Works great for me. Haven’t run out of juice yet trolling all day for Kokanee, 8 hours sometimes at low speeds and it still has juice when I come back in. I have it in my front hatch with a circuit breaker and wired to a plug at the rear well of my kayak. Smaller battery in my console powers my fish finder. I enjoy your videos 🤙🏼
