Fish for breakfast. Congee

This is a Chinese inspired breakfast this morning. 

Took a vermillion fillet and worked it into a rice porridge.  Goldilocks would have loved it. I drizzled on some hot chili oil.

I've never measured it.  I use the same pot and fill to the same spot.  my rice is 1-cups tho.   I typically have a pot of boiling water to add if needed.  my secret ingredient is a single dried scallop, and a few tiny dried shrimp.
