Went up camping for 4 days.   Kayak fished.   One fish caught, 3” and don’t know what kind.   Caught on a a small bead head fly.   No phone with me so no pictures.  Trolled a Thomas Bouyant for nada on Wednesday.   Did not install fish finder, lazy.   Will go back next month, probably mount the sonar.   Really nice campsite,  beautiful weather.   Went to Twain Hart for great Mexican dinner Tuesday.   Did not know needed reservations for Steam Donky.

Pinecrest can be tough, especially in the summer.  My best luck has been to get on the water at 5:30 or so and go visit all the docks before people show up.
Later in the day, the dam is good for kayak.

At least you got something :fish:!
