my first time visiting.  I launched from south ramp. 

that lake is deep?  too deep for me to figure out the bass.  I got three only.  one 3lb fish showed up to play.  it was so ugly from sores all over its body. 

I floated around like a clueless person until it got to hot I left. 

checked that box.

Haha, that usually describes me too, especially when I'm bass fishing. I always catch more bass if I say I'm fishing for trout.

Yes it’s deep. They are probably out looking for balled up Shad offshore by now.

Ya, ya have to find the bait out there. jigging just above or below a bait ball in 20 to 50 ft will usually put the bass in the boat. 1/2-2oz pins minnow or other like jig will hook um
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!
