Is Neptonics still in business?

Anyone have any experience with Neptonics?
I ordered a dive float from them over a week ago. It's been billed to my credit card, but hasn't shipped yet.
No confirmation email, and their phone number seems to be disconnected. The call keeps failing.

Thoughts?

I use them pretty frequently and they are usually pretty good. I've gotten items in as little as two days, but once it did take about a week when I made a larger order. I miss the days back when they were local!

Just a quick update...I ordered a couple items this past Friday (new stringer & shooting line/crimps). I got tracking details and excepted to arrive tomorrow. You may want to reach out if you haven't gotten your items still.

I have ordered quite a few items from neptonic over the years. last item was ordered around the end of last year, so several months ago. I have never had a problem and I still get email notices from them, so my guess is they may be back ordered or it will arrive soon.
