Water Resources focused Civil Engineer in Training.  Passed the PE test to become a professional Civil Engineer, but still need a couple more tests to get my stamp. Don't really want to leave Humboldt, but I do want a better job eventually. Right now I have a pretty good work/fishing balance arrangement and I love it up here.

Open to civil/water resources opportunities in California close enough to the ocean to fish LOL but its gonna be hard for me to leave Humboldt I think.

Check out Caltrans. I see a lot of jobs up that way. I'll hit you in a PM.

Hey NCKA Fam. Before I seek resources outside fam I wanted to know if there is somebody here who deals with Landscaping and hauling. Please PM if you or know someone. I got injured and cant handle this myself. Since we are moving soon I want to get handled sooner than later. THANK YOU.

I'll update, like many others the past few years have forced me to reassess. I took a new role over Security and Trust at Altais. We provide next gen clinical support tools and technology in addition to having a healthcare division that is affiliated with medical groups such as Brown and Toland. Since joining back in November, I also inherited IT Infrastructure. Always looking for top talent in Security Engineering, DEVSECOPS and AWS/Azure management.

Hey Everyone, Electrician here, 21 years in the trade doing new builds with custom accent lighting, extensive remodels, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.  Capable around 3 phase 480v commercial settings as well.  Started my own electrical contracting business late last year, got things really moving this year.  I've completed two new build homes so far, one in Santa Clara and one in Morgan Hill.  Working on my third in Rio Del Mar, Aptos; which has been amazing considering I drove Hwy 17 for 20 years to work in the South Bay Area.  Wanted to throw an introduction out because I've finished rough on the Aptos job and have not had many calls for pick up work in-between then and now, and I'm waiting on other projects to kick off.  If anyone has any electrical issues they'd like a free bid on, I'd be happy to check them out and provide an estimate to troubleshoot and fix.  I hold an active C10 license, I'm well insured, bonded and carry workers comp for my brother/employee.  I pride myself in building to code with the right parts used the correct way with aesthetics and longevity in mind.

Feel free to contact me anytime, and I hope to run into you all OTW.  Getting really stoked for spring Squid and summer Halibut.

Hey all!

Any handymen or contractors here that can do tear-outs of reach-in and walk-in closets from Palo Alto to Morgan Hill?

I'm a designer for California Closets and I could refer a lot of business to someone that can do good work. If you're interested, please PM me!
