Thinking of fishing Cal City on Mon. but I want to launch at first light and would like to launch at Paradise Pier can you park outside and rooleez in before the park opens?

As far as I know there's not too many pull-offs in the area.

I'm pretty sure there isn't any close to the park that have trails down to the water.
