First off it's non fishing.  Taking my wife up to Fort Bragg on June 7-10, Staying at the Harbor RV park  on the Noyo and bringing our 2 Hobies, a revo and a mirage.  Not taking  Ruth out onto the ocean.  debating between an easy paddle up the Noyo or Big rivers for just a couple of hours (Albion is more of a drive than she wants).  Any opinions?

If it's windy stay away from Big River, it's a hell of a paddle/peddle against the wind, getting back to the launch.
If you choose Noyo, the best launch is the east parking lot towards Dolphin Isle Marina

My wife and I have a camping reservation at Russian Gulch, Mendocino, at the same time, but the ocean weather doesn't look good.
We will monitor the weather for several more days and make a final decision.

You can launch from the Russian Gulch most days and stay in the cove.
