There's a park n' ride near the salon and people drop off junk "ish" stuff.  I was in the market for a galvanized garbage can to store some gardening supplies and was looking for a 6 gallon with a lid to hold my agricultural lime.  There was a new one there stuffed with sheets and some debris so I wrapped up the contents in a sheet and took the can with the lid.  31 gallons.  Kinda stoked.

This is the mental kicker.  I found a new ultrasonic cleaner and I've decided to drop some seasoned lures in it with evaporust and I'm thinkin' it shines up my lures "reel" nice.  Stay tuned, 42,000 vibrations tuned... :smt006

What fisherman would not be thrilled to own a lure vibrator?
But oh, that magic feeling,
Nowhere to go,
Nowhere to go!

Does that thing actually remove rust? That's awesome!

I’m claiming it does remove rust.  Mostly wanted to see if  it would make the plating on the spoon perfect but it did not though I’m satisfied with the split rings and hooks all buzzed to near new…

Nice! I've been thinking about getting one of those for other stuff, now one more use for it... Very tempting ...

I've got one that we use for cleaning bicycle chains, which means it is in near constant use around here. Work amazing. Now I'm gonna toss all those spoons and flashers in it!

Haha

And I thought there’s a limit to how mad we can go with our fishing related endeavors

It has settings from 90 sec. to 3 minutes.  I started low to see if any damage would occur...paint peeling...but no such reaction.  I crank it up to more minutes if I'm not satisfied with the bling factor. :smt006
