Paddled from south beach to BAM campground. Trolled small flasher w/ a Zoom behind it, using 4 & 6 oz cannonballs. No hits, maybe a boil in the distance towards Barn's Cove, pretty quiet otherwise. Encouraging signs of life in front of camp though, meter-wise. I think the weather for the weekend will be much like today's, which would make it stunning.
One dozen minnows, please.
If you don't know where you're headed, any road could get you there.

Talked to Bigeyedave, who went in the later morning.  They pulled a fish out of a boil in the north end...woohoo!

I can see it now, Saturday morning 6:10am and 60 kayaks sitting 10 feet from the launch.  :smt044

This bust was actually straight across from the launch, but that would be super funny!  The fish were MIA in front of BAM camp today.

I fished the afternoon shift. Landed 4 good sized LM and 1 20" striper.

I'll post a report with pics later.

I started kayak fishing to get away from most of you...

JZumi and I put in about 4.5 hours, mostly on the NW side of the lake.  We saw some topwater going off about 10 am on the NE side and decided to go for it.  Pulled out 1 20" fish there.  The wind was really funky on the lake. Kept changing directions early in the day and by about 3:30 It was really blowing hard.
