Allen - the Forebay will stay open year round....might as well try fishing a place you've never fished before.....unless you wanna wait till next year to fish it again....

Not gonna make it.  I too have reconsidered getting in a little BAM practice.  Good luck fellas!

Swells don't look great - I'd love to go, but I HATE big surf! Good luck out there!

 Should anyone be chickening out and heading futher South or North for the seasons finale?
 I do not have the experience w/ Bean Hollow to translate this weather into launch conditions.
 What do you folks think?

I need to stay home and finish up some honey dos and double check my BAM gear.

I may not go because, I got skunked for the first time on bait!  I feel naked without my pet shiner and smelt.  Duane is it the minus tide tonight that did me in?  The water was less than 3 feet deep and there was really little cover for the fish to hide.

You don't need live bait.  Bring: frozen squid/anchovies/sardines/octopus...take your pick.

No, don't cast for bait when the tide is out.
