My boss has been asking me to recommend some 6 pack operations for a rockfish trip later in July. I did recommend Ty (reelobsessionsonoma), but it looks like he is looking for something a little closer.

Anybody have a good experience with any 6 pack rf trips around Monterey/Santa Cruz/HMB/SF area?

Captain Kahn has a great rep but he’s mainly been salmon and I think tuna not sure about that

Believe his contact info is on coastside

Ariel?

Is he running trips?  I'll ping him but this is risky...high chance of unwanted touching and the put out or get out scenario. 🤣

He has been fishing out of Richmond lately for halibut and stripers.

Wild Wes Sportfishing is a Coastside sponsor. Right now he is going out of Oyster Point but may be moving to HMB soon. Super nice boat, and gear lately has been doing deep drops. Wes 510-780-6389  Here is a picture of the boat: https://gerhartoutdoors.com/ca-07/
