Folsom Lake

Hi Everyone

Heading out to Folsom tomorrow and wondering if you had any recommendations on where to launch from near some good fishing?   I’ve been to Browns Ravine but fished from shore before I had a kayak.   

Are you allowed to launch wherever you can or do you have use the ramps?

Sorry for the noob questions just getting into the sport.
