Fished Salt Point this morning for a few hours and managed a 28 inch Ling and threw back a 22 incher.  I fished just south of the cove.  It got too windy to fish out there so I went down to fort ross to try and find some shelter in the cove.  I got a few small rockfish in about 15 feet of water.  Packed it up early because it was so windy I couldn't keep anything on the bottom.  I had a great time though and I am fired up about going back out there when the conditions are better.

Right on!  Thats a step up from the perch.  Really glad to see you enjoying the heck out of your boat.  Also glad to see you picked up a nice PFD etc.

Man I was so excited when I caught that ling!  That is by far the biggest fish I have ever caught.
