FishLegal app has the 50 fathom RCA line too. At least the pro version does.
Yes, but you need to pay $10 per year

Well worth the $! $10 a year to know your 100% legal and able to relax and have fun. Also double check regs on different species you encounter Much cheaper then any fines you will get if fishing in a MPA or undersized or no keep fish. Also it keeps you up to date on any changes in regs or warnings.

Personally I trust only CDFW official website for fishing regulations. But I understand people have different prferences.

Thanks for putting this map together. I just downloaded it as a .kml file and imported it into my Gaia GPS app. Saved me a ton of time.

Fellow Gaia GPS user here... Could you explain how you did this for us non-power users?

Sure. Start on your computer.
1.   Go to the google map with the 50 fathom line.
2.   Click on the three dots on the right of the red bar describing the map (screen shot 1) to bring up a menu and then click on the download KML tab (screen shot 2)
3.   A menu will come up and click OK. Note you are actually downloading a KMZ file (screen shot 3). This will store a file in your downloads folder or wherever you told your computer to store downloads.
4.   Go to your Gaia account on your computer and select import from the menu on the left. This will bring up a note to click on to select file then navigate to where your file was downloaded. Click on save after you import the file.
5.   The file will be stored in a folder in your stored files (screen shot 5).
6.   Make sure your app on your phone is set to sync with your account and it will show up in your saved items. You may need to click the icon to display it on your map.

Note I'm going to upload the last 2 screen shots separately because it's not letting attach them all at once.
