I thought about da crab and dropping in on da stealth similarly...I wonder where they go in that swell...are they looking up throwing shakah claws at each victorious drop in...

My friend said he tried to paddle out that day, said Mother Nature denied him. I think crab snaring is pretty good on high swells, if you can find the right beach. Current wafts the smell of bait around, and pushes the bugs to the shallows. They don’t stand a chance in the long period ground swells   

Beautiful day at OB, did a 45 minute paddle out in the morning got only one wave was still a good day. Almost made it out twice to have a clean up set break 20 yards in front of me, 6 wave set pushes me back in to have to dam near start over. You have to be stubborn to surf OB. I love the ocean, it has taught me allot of skills that carry over in everyday life

I don’t surf but waves blow my mind.  Glad you got out.  It’s not common to see OB somewhat clean and massive.
