I decided I am more of a Poké and lox kind of guy. This smoker probably couldn’t fit an Eddie-sized sturgeon, but I think it could do 20 pounds of fillets in one batch.

That's honest, my wife is not a fan of smoke, might have to Poke' up a sturgeon...Happy New Year to you!
