Kayak Battery? FS Li-Ion 21700's LG & Samsung 5000mah*

I have some new cells left from a solar and e-kayak battery project. Mostly Samsung S50, but there are two dozen or so LG M50LT's as well. Willing to let em go in bulk at $5/e. Also, if you have a pack you want to build I'm sure we can work something out. I work for an EV test house so have a deep understanding of whatever you need and even help you size for it.
